Dr. Vishnu KK Nair, PhD, is a lecturer in the School of Psychology and Clinical Language Sciences at the University of Reading, UK. He co-leads the health theme at the university’s Centre for Literacy and Multilingualism, where his research explores communication and disability through critical, decolonial, and more-than-human frameworks.
Dr. Nair is committed to building an interdisciplinary and anti-colonial body of scholarship that de-pathologizes communication disability and affirms communication variability. His teaching and research have been recognized with multiple awards for excellence in instruction, research supervision, and student mentorship.
