Does Speech Therapy PD issue the certification?

No. Speech Therapy PD provides eligible continuing education courses. Certifications are issued by their respective boards (ALPP for CLC, CBIS boards, ASHA for BCS, etc.).

Will these courses count toward my board certification/recertification?

We clearly label which courses are eligible for each certification based on board requirements. However, you should always confirm with your specific board that the coursework meets their current criteria.

How do I prove my completed hours?

You can generate a filtered transcript that shows only courses eligible for your chosen certification. This transcript includes course titles, completion dates, and contact hours—ready to submit to your board.

Do I need to pay the certification board separately?

Yes. Your Unlimited subscription to Speech Therapy PD covers the eligible coursework, but you'll still need to pay application or recertification fees directly to your certification board.

What if I'm pursuing multiple certifications?

You can select multiple certification goals in your dashboard and track progress toward each one. Some courses may count toward multiple certifications.
