She holds a PhD in Education with a primary emphasis in Early Childhood Education and a secondary emphasis in Multilingual/Multicultural Education.
Through her company, *Our Words Matter Consulting*, Dr. Williams fosters meaningful partnerships between schools, educators, and families to promote academic achievement and inclusive communication practices.
