Susan Haseley, MS, CCC-SLP, received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Illinois State University. Her career has taken her to Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Ohio, where she has primarily worked in schools. She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Roger, for 45 years. They have two grown children and two grandchildren. Together, they enjoy traveling to new places and trying different foods and activities. Susan invented the Bite-R after struggling to remediate the /r/ sound for two young boys. Her passion has led her to become a dedicated advocate for addressing the challenges of the /r/ sound.
