Rebecca Martinez

Rebecca Martinez, MS, is certified in Early Childhood Special Education, English as a Second Language, and Bilingual/Bicultural Education and has a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Her teaching experience spans Early Head Start, Early Intervention, and Public Schools, all with multilingual learners and their families.  Rebecca served as a mentor on the PIECE (Preparing Inclusive Early Childhood Educators) Grant at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she mentored pre-service and in-service teachers around inclusive practices to support both language and ability.  She currently supervises student teachers pursuing certifications in Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Special Education, English as a Second Language, and Bilingual/Bicultural Education.
