Patrick “Pat” Reeves, MD, FAAP, DABOM, MAJ, MC, USA, is a triple-board-certified physician in General Pediatrics, Obesity Medicine, and Pediatric Gastroenterology & Hepatology. He specializes in enhancing patient education and clinical outcomes, with a focus on children with medical complexity. Dr. Reeves serves as Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Associate Professor of Military Medicine through the Uniformed Services University, University of Texas, and Texas A&M. His research highlights two key areas: (1) the health risks of consumer product injuries—such as button batteries, high-powered magnets (Buckyballs), and water beads (Orbeez); and (2) the development of point-of-care tools for families managing complex pediatric conditions at home.
