Melissa Redington

Melissa Mirkay Redington, MHS, OT/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 30 years of experience, including 22 years specializing in autism within the Francis Howell School District. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Missouri–Columbia and a Master’s degree in Health Care Services from Washington University. Melissa is certified in Therapeutic Listening and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). In addition to her clinical work, Melissa has extensive teaching experience, including lab instruction, fieldwork education and coordination, and case-based learning for Master’s and Doctorate-level occupational therapy students. Most recently, she served as an Adjunct Pediatric Professor for second-year COTA students over the past three years.
