Megan Ramirez

MS, CCC-SLP
Megan Ramirez, MS, CCC-SLP, is a bilingual speech-language pathologist specializing in neurodiversity-affirming care for autistic children and early intervention populations. She provides teletherapy services with a focus on parent coaching and developmental support for children ages 2–5. Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish literature and linguistics from the University of Delaware in 2011, followed by a master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Syracuse University in 2014. She began her career in the outpatient pediatric setting at a children’s hospital, where she treated children with diverse medical diagnoses. Driven by a commitment to global service, Megan volunteered in Trujillo, Peru, providing therapy to medically fragile children and training local clinicians. After returning to the U.S., she transitioned to teletherapy, where she continues to support families through accessible, culturally responsive care. In 2021, Megan founded her private practice, dedicated to delivering inclusive, evidence-based speech therapy rooted in neurodiversity-affirming principles.
