Mary Weidner

Mary Weidner, PhD, CCC-SLP, is an Assistant Professor and Undergraduate Program Coordinator at Edinboro University. Her research centers on measuring and improving children’s attitudes toward peers with communication disorders, with a focus on fostering empathy and inclusion from an early age. Dr. Weidner is the developer of the *Attitude Change and Tolerance* program (InterACT), an educational initiative designed to teach children about human differences and promote respectful, inclusive interactions. Through her work, she empowers educators and clinicians to create environments where all children feel seen, valued, and understood.
