Dr. Manaswita Dutta, PhD, CCC-SLP, is an Assistant Professor and Clinical Supervisor in the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences at Portland State University. Her research explores cognitive-linguistic interactions and communication outcomes in monolingual and bilingual individuals with acquired neurological disorders. Her current work focuses on the assessment of cognition and discourse in aphasia, bilingual Alzheimer’s disease, and improving the utility of spoken discourse analysis in both research and clinical settings.
