Kristi Shanks MS., CCC-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist with 25 years of experience serving the pediatric population in school-based settings (both in-person and virtually), home health, private clinics, and hospital-based outpatient clinics. She has been with E-Therapy for 7 years with her current role being a Therapist Manager, which allows her the privilege of hiring, managing, supervising, and mentoring therapists in all disciplines. She is trained in SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory Approach to Feeding) and LAMP (Language Acquisition through Motor Planning). Apart from work, she loves spending time with her 3 children and husband, volunteering at church, and soaking up nature in the beautiful state of Iowa.
