Kerrie Mansfield Rigberg

MS., CCC-SLP
Kerrie Mansfield Rigberg, MS CCC-SLP, earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders with High Honors from the University of Florida. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and then completed her clinical externships and Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of South Florida. She developed her clinical practice at United Cerebral Palsy of Tampa and Tampa General Hospital. Kerrie proudly served as a speech-language pathologist in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), pediatric acute care, and on the Inpatient Pediatric Rehabilitation team. While serving on the outpatient team, Kerrie identified a need in the community for an SLP with her background and experience to provide services in a more personalized setting. Through her private practice, Kerrie brings qualified and compassionate care to children and families in the Tampa Bay community, including through teletherapy! In addition, she has served her community as Adjunct Faculty at the University of South Florida, teaching Language Disorders in Fall 2020 and she continues at USF as an Invited Speaker. Further, Kerrie was selected to present United on the Mat: Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness for the SLP, Audiologist & Related Healthcare Provider at the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) National Convention in Washington, D.C. in November 2021. Within her immediate community, Kerrie has volunteered as a speech-language pathologist on vacations for families of children with special needs through Enriching Escapes, a local nonprofit improving the quality of life, mental health, and development of special needs children and their families by making possible guilt-free opportunities to relax and recharge. Kerrie, her husband Matt (a licensed mental health counselor LMHC), and their two lovely daughters are proud to live, practice, and volunteer in Tampa.
