Kathryn D’Agostino Russo, MS, TSSLD, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist and assistive technology evaluator in the New York City Public School System. After receiving Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University Maryland, she began working in special education schools with early elementary-age students who use various augmentative-alternative communication systems, including alternative access. Kathryn has been interested in AAC since her undergraduate studies and developed her passion for alternative access as an early professional.
