JoAnn Cabacungan’s, MS, CCC-SLP, CBIS, focus is on providing patient-centered care, especially for medically complex patients. She is passionate about sharing education with graduate student clinicians and
practicing SLPs in evidence-based practice. JoAnn has worked as a medical SLP in acute care, IRH, SNF, and home health. She has presented at OSLHA Learning Academy, AMPRA, University of Akron, and ASHA 2022. JoAnn initiated the development of the Interdisciplinary Trach team and currently serves as co-chair.
