Jeff Stepen, MS, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist with over 24 years of experience. He began his career working with adults across various clinical settings before transitioning to pediatrics. Since joining a school district in 2010, Jeff has developed a strong interest in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), with a particular focus on its application for autistic individuals.
In addition to his school-based work, Jeff maintains a small private caseload and hosts the podcast *Conversations in Speech Pathology*, where he explores topics relevant to clinicians and the broader speech-language pathology community.
