Gabrielle Howard is the current President-Elect of the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NSSLHA). Originally from North Carolina, she earned her undergraduate degree from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. Gabrielle is a first-year master’s student at the University of Pittsburgh, with a concentration in pediatrics. Her areas of interest include language disorders and fluency. She first became interested in speech-language pathology in high school after working with a child diagnosed with a learning disorder.
