Dillen Hartley, OT, graduated from the University of Pretoria’s School of Occupational Therapy in 1995 and relocated to the United States in 1996. He is the co-owner of Advanced Therapy Solutions, Inc., an outpatient physical and occupational therapy practice serving both adult and pediatric clients across six locations and numerous schools. With over 23 years of clinical experience, Dillen is trained in a wide range of treatment approaches for clients of all ages. His professional interests include trauma, autism, developmental disorders, sensory processing disorder (SPD), ADHD, and learning challenges in infants, children, and adults. Dillen is a trainer for Interactive Metronome and has served on its Clinical Advisory Board for a decade. He is also a certified trainer for Integrated Listening Systems and is a frequent national and international presenter on pediatric occupational therapy. In addition to his clinical work, Dillen has contributed to the profession through service on several nonprofit boards, including the South Carolina Occupational Therapy Association and the Greenville Technical College OTA Program. He is also the founder and chairman of the Institute for Development and Learning, a nonprofit organization that provides services such as speech therapy, feeding treatment, GROW Academy, and parent support programs.
