Courtney Richards

M.S., CCC-SLP, CLC
Courtney Richards, MS, CCC-SLP, CLC, is the Lead Feeding Therapist at Advanced Therapy Solutions (ATS) in Clarksville, TN, where she oversees the feeding program across three clinics. She developed and implemented ATS’s clinical competency program, required for all therapists treating pediatric feeding patients. She specializes in medically complex feeding cases and infant feeding and co-founded the ATS Infant Feeding Team, which uses an interdisciplinary model to support early feeding at the breast and bottle. In addition to her clinical work, Courtney serves as an Adjunct Professor at Austin Peay State University, where she created and teaches the graduate-level course on pediatric feeding and swallowing. She is a mother of three and recently welcomed her third child, an experience that continues to deepen her passion for supporting families through the feeding journey.
