Carly is a licensed, certified, and credentialed pediatric speech-language pathologist with over 12 years of experience treating children of all developmental levels. She specializes in a child- and family-centered approach, using evidence-based best practices to improve speech, receptive and expressive language, fluency, and oral-motor skills.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Miami and her Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. Since 2014, she has been certified by both the Association of Speech-Language Pathologists & Audiologists and the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology. She has treated both pediatric and adult patients in a variety of settings, including schools, skilled nursing facilities, and private clinics.
She is also a parent educator. She leads infant and toddler enrichment classes in the community and provides resources and support to parents/caregivers. She recently developed the KIDnection Method™, an online course that provides SLPs and related professionals with all the tools they need to run their own caregiver-and-me classes in their home communities.
She lives in Parkland, FL, with her husband and two young children. She is happiest at the beach, cooking elaborate dinners, and spending time with her extended family and friends.
