Anne Reed, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a doctoral candidate in Communication Science and Disorders at Florida State University, as well as a FIREFLIES fellow with a focus on the interdisciplinary study of reading through the Florida Center for Reading Research (FCRR). Anne's research interests include using an implementation science framework to study the effectiveness of services provided by SLPs in addressing the challenges faced by students with speech-language and reading difficulties. Drawing from her extensive professional background, which encompasses over 20 years of experience as a school-based SLP, as well as roles within private clinics and a specialized school for students with dyslexia, Anne brings a wealth of practical insight to her academic and clinical pursuits.
