Amanda Devereaux, RN, BSN, earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2007. She has worked in public health for 12 years, most recently focusing on maternal and child health. Currently, she serves as the Program Director for the National CMV Foundation.
Amanda became passionate about eliminating congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) after her daughter was born affected by the virus in 2015. She serves on the Congenital and Inherited Disorders Advisory Committee and the Hands & Voices Board in her home state of Iowa.
