Cuyler Romeo, MOT, OTR/L, SCFES, IBCLC, is an Occupational Therapist and Pediatric Feeding Specialist whose leadership and clinical expertise drive strategic initiatives at Feeding Matters. In collaboration with the CEO, she works closely with stakeholders to identify, assess, and advance innovative approaches to the Pediatric Feeding Disorder (PFD) system of care.
Cuyler fosters strategic partnerships with key professional organizations, including the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Prior to her role at Feeding Matters, she was a founding partner of Mealtime Connections, LLC, and served as director of clinical innovations at Therapy 2000, where she gained valuable insight into funding trends and industry dynamics.
She continues her clinical work as a treating therapist in the NICU at Banner–University Medical Center and actively contributes to the field by facilitating AOTA’s Mealtime Occupations: Feeding, Eating, and Swallowing Community of Practice.
Her work bridges clinical excellence with systems-level innovation, shaping the future of feeding care for children and families.
