Kim Kramer

MS. Ed., M.S., CCC-SLP, C-SLDS
Kim Kramer, MS. Ed, M.S., CCC-SLP, C-SLDS, is a Speech-Language-Pathologist, Certified Structured Dyslexia Specialist, and Learning Specialist with over 30 years of experience in the field. Kim has dual master’s degrees’ in special education and Speech-Language Pathology, CERI certification as a Certified Structured Dyslexia Specialist (Orton-Gillingham), NY licensure as a Teacher of Hearing Handicapped (TSHH), and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the ASHA. Kim is an executive board member of AAPPSPA and is licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Maine. Kim has post graduate trainings and certificates in P.R.O.M.P.T. , Beckman Oral Motor, Myofunction, PAF, Writing Revolution, Orton-Gillingham (AOGPE and IMSE), Auditory Processing, and It Takes Two To Talk (Hanen Program). Kim has worked in the NYC Board of Education, Roosevelt Hospital Children’s Center, and EI and CPSE agencies. She started her private practice in 2003 and works closely with the New York City private and public preschools and K-12 schools. Kim has presented numerous workshops to parent support groups, preschools, and ongoing schools. In addition to her SLP practice, Kim provides school consulting for Nursery – 12th grade and she was on the team that developed the EXCEL Program (an Executive Functioning program for grades 6-12) at the Birch Wathen Lenox School in NYC.
