Nanette Saturn

Nanette Saturn is a dedicated special education advocate with over 15 years of experience supporting families through the complexities of the educational system. Her work is deeply informed by her personal journey as a parent, giving her unique insight into the challenges families face when navigating special education services. Nanette is committed to fostering collaborative relationships between families and school districts while ensuring that every child receives the benefits and support they are legally entitled to. She previously worked for a nonprofit organization providing pro bono advocacy services and has conducted, presented, and coordinated workshops for parents across New York State. Her leadership roles include serving as Co-Chair of the Lower Hudson Valley Special Education Task Force and as a member of the governing council of the New York State Special Education Task Force. Nanette lives in the Lower Hudson Valley with her two children and continues to champion equitable access and informed advocacy for all families.
