Virginia Keil, MS, is a neurotypical special education teacher at Grant High School in Portland, OR. She has worked as a special educator in public education for 10 years, all within Portland Public Schools. Virginia co-teaches a high school learning center program for neurodivergent students called Neurodiversity and Self-Advocacy alongside her neurodivergent friend and colleague, Greta West.
Outside the public school setting, Virginia runs a small private tutoring business supporting neurodivergent teens. She is passionate about her work and is committed to ensuring that neurodivergent students have everything they need to succeed in a public school environment.
