Nicole Perman, MS, CCC-SLP, is a dedicated speech-language pathologist with over 15 years of experience supporting communication and literacy development in children and adolescents. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Minnesota State University Moorhead and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Nicole has spent 12 years in educational settings and 4 years in clinical practice, with specialized training in the Lindamood Bell Phoneme Sequencing Program (LiPS) and certification as a LETRS Facilitator. She currently serves the Lake Park Audubon School District, working with students in grades K–12. Nicole is an active member of both the academic and behavioral Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) teams, a Teacher-Child Interaction Training (TCIT) Coach, and the leader of the district’s Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) team. Her work reflects a deep commitment to inclusive learning environments and evidence-based literacy instruction.
Outside of her professional role, Nicole enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children, cheering them on in their many activities. Her dedication to both her profession and her family exemplifies her belief in the power of communication, learning, and connection.
