Lynn E. Fox, PhD, CCC-SLP, is Professor Emerita in the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences at Portland State University and a Research Associate at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon. She has taught and conducted research for over 25 years, focusing on adults with acquired communication disorders. Her research emphasizes the interplay between psychosocial factors and intervention outcomes, and she has published and presented extensively on these topics. Currently, she teaches seminars and courses on using family-based techniques to mitigate the life consequences of acquired communicative disorders.
