Deborah Malkoff-Cohen, MS, RD, CDN, CDE, is a New York City-based registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator, known for her innovative and compassionate approach to nutrition. She is the founder of City Kids Nutrition and NYCeatwell, providing expert nutritional consultation for children and adults across the city.
Deborah’s passion lies in helping children achieve physical and emotional wellness through food. Whether crafting school menus or guiding families in their own kitchens, she has counseled hundreds of children and their caregivers toward healthier lifestyles.
