Dysphonia

Overview:

Dysphonia is a voice disorder characterized by impaired vocal quality, pitch, or loudness. It may result from structural, neurological, or functional issues affecting the larynx. SLPs are integral to diagnosing and treating dysphonia using voice therapy and rehabilitation techniques. Effective treatment improves communication and vocal health.
