This course explores the concept of differentiated instruction, its characteristics, and implementation as it applies to the instruction of all students and especially those students who have special needs. It examines numerous strategies to ensure all students have equal access to the regular classroom curriculum. Various questioning strategies will be presented as a means to help check for understanding and measure the progress of students who receive differentiated instruction.
