Part 1 of this three-part course will review the rationale and approaches to using strength-based assessments, including standardized, criterion-referenced, and observational checklists for young autistic learners that clinicians can use in school-based or clinical settings. Attendees will discover ways to incorporate neurodiversity and strength-based concepts into case histories, reports, and IEPs. The presenter will also provide a list of resources and materials.
