AT/AAC Conference Part 2: From Light to High Tech and Access Methods

This second part of the 3 part AT/AAC conference will explore a variety of light-tech communication options (i.e., PECS, CVES, communication boards, PODD) and explain their advantages and role in a robust multimodal communication system. In addition, high-tech considerations are discussed with the wealth of communication tools that are available on the market. Finally, the decision-making process will be presented through feature matching to determine the best considerations for the process of building an augmentative alternative communication system.
