This course provided the critical components of speech production that can be applied in speech sound analysis and therapy. The 6 components included the role intra-oral sensation plays, as well as the most advantageous speaking “zone” for the tongue to easily access stabilization and mobilization for speech. Principles were supported via research and detailed through /s/ & /r/ therapy examples.
