This course aims to familiarize participants with the different types of sexual violence, specifically sexual harassment, including quid pro quo and hostile work environments. It will also explore the legal implications and impact of these concepts within an ecological model that considers various societal influences on sexual violence. Finally, the course will provide research-based bystander intervention strategies and resources that can assist clinicians in addressing incidents of sexual harassment in the workplace.
