Ethical Considerations and Constraints in Today’s Practice Environment

This course meets ASHA's Ethics PD requirement.

The topic of ethics is a pervasive and sometimes challenging one. SLPs are confronted with complex ethical dilemmas with multiple factors and considerations that must be weighed to reach the best possible outcome. Ethical issues and applicable principles specific to healthcare, private practice, university, and school-based settings, in addition to the ethical use of social media, supervision, and several other areas of practice will be discussed.
