Grounded in this year’s theme, “Momentum: Where Vision Meets Action,” this conversation is designed specifically for school-based SLPs and OTs supporting students with pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders (PFDs). Through real-time discussion and audience engagement, the panel will turn emerging evidence, clinical pearls, and lessons learned into practical, school-ready strategies. Together, they’ll explore how SLPs and OTs can collaborate within educational teams, navigate system-level challenges, and provide safe, functional, and student-centered feeding support throughout the school day.
The conversation will also shine a light on critical gaps in research and advocacy priorities needed to strengthen feeding and swallowing services in schools. Participants will leave energized, equipped with actionable ideas, and ready to turn momentum into meaningful change for the students they serve.
