Caitlin received her master's degree from Loma Linda University in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2012. She has worked for the last 10 years serving preschool and elementary students in the CA public school system. She is passionate about language therapy, creative service models, and partnering with families, teachers, and community partners to help students thrive.

Brittney Frigon is a school-based speech-language pathologist currently in her sixth year at the preschool and early elementary school levels. She has a passion for leveraging collaboration, consultation, and the Response to Intervention/ Multi-Tiered System of Supports model to improve the workload of busy school-based SLPs. She uses her platform, Seldom Speechless, to share ideas and resources to support school-based SLPs.
