They will discuss course content and development, as well as the annual changes they make to the course to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving gender landscape. The podcast will underscore the importance of anyone serving the gender-diverse community not only to hone and maintain their clinical voice skills, but also to develop and demonstrate cultural competence and a broader understanding of cultural humility.
