This seminar focuses on topics of child language disorders. The first session will address morphology. It will link morphology strategies and skills to phonology, syntax, and semantics. Gain many new strategies to use for this often forgotten language domain. The second session discusses the important areas of reading development and their relationship with language skills. Practical information about the SLP’s role, brain research to support it, resources, screening, and intervention tools, as well as easy-to-implement, applicable, everyday direct services activities for in-person and online service delivery, will be presented. Finally, the seminar will conclude with case studies.
