Attendees will learn how to identify and address cultural biases in standardized tools, adapt assessments for diverse populations, and account for dialectal variations in language. Ethical decision-making will be emphasized to ensure valid evaluations. The session will also address challenges such as over-identification and service duplication, providing practical approaches for appropriate identification, service delivery, and ethical dismissal.
