This course meets ASHA's DEI PD requirement.
We must approach education differently if we are committed to ensuring that all students have the right to belong in school, learn alongside their peers, and access the resources necessary for success. However, achieving true educational inclusion presents a complex challenge to our current special education system. In this session, participants will explore two distinct definitions of inclusion and discuss how focusing on individual strengths can be an essential first step toward achieving genuine inclusion.
