Mary Beth Hines, MS, CCC-SLP, COM, QOM®, is a speech-language pathologist in Cincinnati, OH. After graduating from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA she worked in sales and marketing in Chicago and Boston. She returned to school to pursue a career in speech-language pathology and earned a Masters of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Redlands in 1999. She worked in adult rehabilitation in Los Angeles and Cincinnati, as well private practice specializing in orofacial myology. Mary Beth is the host of the podcast Keys for SLPs and a moderator for SpeechTherapyPD.com.

“Wilson” Nice (legally, Bekah Wilson Nice) is a medical speech pathologist who currently lives in New Mexico. She has worked as an SLP in a variety of settings, including hospitals, SNFs, outpatient, home health currently now works as a director of the rehab role. Since 2018, Wilson has been publishing content on her website, Nice Speech Lady, which offers helpful and practical resources for medical SLPs at no cost, such as handouts, home programs, assessment tools, and more. Wilson also blogs and writes news stories on the site, as well as interviews industry leaders and companies making their mark in the field on her Youtube channel, Nice Speech Lady. She enjoys utilizing evidence from research to producing content that is practical and functional, but easy for clinicians to access.
