LGBTQ+ Culturally Responsive Practice

This course meets ASHA's DEI PD requirement.

This course focuses on improving the participant's knowledge and cultural competence when interacting with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) individuals. Emphasis will be on identifying common mistakes made, describing variations of gender, and work to improve participants’ knowledge of culturally competent language.
