About Presenters

Kayla Redden

MS, CCC-SLP

Kayla Redden is a school-based speech-language pathologist, currently working her 6th year in a rural preschool and elementary setting. She serves as the secretary of the Kentucky Speech-Language-Hearing Association and has participated in KSHA's iKAN advocacy network, where she learned how to advocate for herself, her students, and other SLPs. She creates materials for elementary-aged students on her Teachers Pay Teachers store (Kayla SLP) and blogs about therapy tips (kaylaslp.com).

Marisha Mets

MS, CCC-SLP

Marisha earned her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Washington. She has worked as a school-based SLP and shares therapy ideas and resources on her blog (SLP Now). Marisha also developed a membership for SLPs that includes digital tools and resources to streamline evidence-based therapy.
