This course will discuss dysphagia and the role of the speech-language pathologist in the identification of pathophysiology via CSE, MBS, FEES. Content will include components of a comprehensive evaluation including cranial nerve examinations, instrumental evaluations, risk vs. benefit analysis, and the three pillars of pneumonia through exploration of research & evidence-based practice.
